Scope

This notice covers the ad-free, advertising-SDK-free releases of Dice Rail, Color Thermostat, Doppel: Split Universe and EJECTA: Event Horizon from KiBRAX LLC that link to this page. This includes the Android and Google Play releases of Dice Rail, Color Thermostat and Doppel, as well as the covered Apple-platform releases. It supplements the KiBRAX Privacy Policy and controls where that general policy describes different practices for these covered releases. It does not describe other KiBRAX products or older builds that included advertising features.

Offline play and local information

These games work offline and have no account sign-in, in-app purchases, advertising, advertising SDK or app analytics service. Gameplay does not send your scores, moves or saved preferences to KiBRAX or an advertising network. The games do not provide an online account, multiplayer service or cloud progress synchronization.

The games store preferences and progress in their local app storage, including sound and vibration settings, tutorial status and high scores. They may retain theme, unlock and other saved game settings from an earlier installation. Save integrity checks use the app's bundle identity to check locally stored values; this app-owned save code does not use a unique device identifier or transmit its checks. The games read device display information to fit their layouts.

EJECTA: Event Horizon also saves your selected difficulty, separate best scores by mode, tutorial progress and a resumable run locally. The run save contains a starting seed, your move commands and the results needed to restore and validate that run. These records remain in the app's local storage and use local integrity checks.

Storage and deletion

Local information remains on your device until replaced, reset where a game offers that control, or removed through the device's app-storage controls. Device backups may retain copies according to your platform and backup settings. Offloading an app can preserve its data; deleting the app and managing any retained backups are separate actions. KiBRAX cannot remotely read or delete these local game saves.

Platform services and optional support

Apple separately handles App Store and TestFlight distribution, platform diagnostics and device backups under its policies and your settings. If you use TestFlight or share crash reports or feedback, Apple may make usage, diagnostic and feedback information available to the developer. This is separate from the games' app analytics, which are disabled. See TestFlight & Privacy and Apple's Privacy Policy.

On Android, Google separately handles Google Play distribution and its platform services under Google's Privacy Policy and your account and device settings. If you opt in to share Android usage and diagnostics, Google Play may provide app-quality, crash and performance information to developers through Android vitals. Platform backup and diagnostic services are separate from the games' own local storage and disabled app analytics.

Legal, support and More Games links open an external browser. The website receives the ordinary information involved in that visit and its own privacy terms apply. If you choose to email [email protected], KiBRAX and the email services involved receive your address and the message or attachments you send. We use that correspondence to address your request, subject to the general privacy policy's retention and rights provisions. The game does not automatically send a support message or attach your saves. You can use the same address for privacy requests about information you sent us.

Age and future changes

Our Terms of Service require users to be at least 13, or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction, and require parental or guardian permission below the local age of majority. This notice does not change those terms or designate any covered game as a service for children. If a later release changes how information is handled, we will update the product notice and the relevant disclosures.
